Rodent activity on a food premises is a different problem from rodent activity in a house, and it is different for reasons that have very little to do with the rats themselves.
We take enquiries from restaurants, pubs, cafes, takeaways, shops, offices, warehousing, care settings, schools and landlords across Saint Ives and the surrounding area. Rat control is £260, and structural proofing is separate at £180 for up to an hour.
On commercial premises we survey the structure and the waste route as closely as the activity, and we document what was found and what we recommend.
